Terms and Conditions
A room reservation initiated by the guest and accepted by the hotel constitutes the so-called guest accommodation contract between the contracting parties.
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed, regardless of whether this has been done verbally or in writing.
The hotel is obliged to keep the rooms booked by the guest ready and to provide the agreed services.
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed prices for the room provision and the services used by him.
If the guest withdraws from the contract within a period of 6 weeks before arrival and the hotel confirms this, no cancellation fees will be charged. If the guest withdraws from the contract after the expiration of this period, he is obliged to pay the agreed price in case of non-utilization of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the host.
If the hotel could not rent the booked rooms to other parties, the costs for the guest in case of cancellation, no-show and early departure are 80% of the room rate for bed and breakfast.
